Today is my Mommy's birthday, and is therefore a fitting date to launch (what will hopefully become) the CTC West salute to some of the greatest females to have ever existed. Our inaugural salute begins with Madhubala - she is one of Mom's favourites.  

An incredible talent, Madhubala started acting when she was just nine years old, ended up starring in some of Bollywood's greatest films, and lived a life full of extreme highs and extreme lows. Click here to find out more about her, I assure you, it is not a boring read.
